We have launched our new Customer Payment Portal in partnership with Paymentus! To use this new portal, you may either use the “Make One Time Payment” option or “Register Now” option to gain repeated access the portal.

PLEASE NOTE: If it is your first time using this new portal, you will need to “Register Now” for continued access. Login credentials from our former payment portal will no longer work, as it has been discontinued.

  • Call us during business hours at 800-443-5057, Option 0
  • Visit a Thumb Cellular Customer Care Center during business hours in Bad Axe, Caro, Pigeon or Sandusky
  • Drop your payment with remittance stub in the After Hours Dropbox at each Customer Care Center
